I stayed with Grandmama and Granddaddy during the summer after 8th grade, which would have been 1995. They got upset about me spending time with Randy, and I think I stayed that last part of my visit with you because of that. Randy was the one that arranged for me to take the class at the Marine Science Center. It counted as a high school credit for me. You took me to Sunny & Summer's house for the 4th and we watched the fireworks on the beach. And you took me to a lifeguard party. I remember that being a really big deal because I was just shy of 13 years old. I had a blast with you that summer! You paid me to pull weeds out of your front flowerbed too.
